pipeline.typesfile to prevent circular imports => created atypesmodule instead: many of the changes in this PR are to update the import accordinglyrun_with_contextmethod to theComponentinterface that takes as first argument aRunContextthat contains therun_idand a notifier function that can be used to call the pipeline's event notifier and send events about component status.Type of Change
